Endu1 is excited to support Lauren and Steph in their incredible "Tassie Backbone" 550km, 40-day trek across Tasmania to raise awareness for mental health as part of Movember.
Their journey kicks off in October 2024, starting in Penguin and spanning the mountainous spine of Tasmania through iconic trails like Cradle Mountain, the Overland Track, and the South Coast Track—all under their own steam with no vehicle support.
Recommended by their nutritionist to use Endu1 Honey Boost Endurance and Honey Boost ULTRA to ensure they are properly fuelled during their multi-day hike, they are ready to take on this challenging adventure.
We’re thrilled to be part of their journey and look forward to cheering them on!
About Lauren and Steph

Similarly, Brake has faced profound loss, having lost several male relatives to suicide, including her father when she was just 11. She has carried the trauma and grief of their deaths for decades.
These two women are living proof that men's health affects everyone, not just men. The alarming statistics surrounding this issue are impacting families and communities as a whole.
